As mandated by the Pension Act and related Regulations, Pension Office ensures that employers comply with the provisions outlined in the Pension Act and the Regulations.

As such a wide range of measures aimed at enforcing compliance and addressing instances of non-compliance by employers is undertaken in regard to Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme (MRPS) contribution collections. In cases where obligations are not met, we take necessary actions to ensure employers adhere to regulatory requirements.
